Do you have more size or measurement information?
All the available size and measurement information is displayed with the item listing. Please consult our size chart for more information. Although our sizing information may lack total accuracy, our return policy allows you to return any items that you do not like.

Can i change my item? I've made a Mistake! Can I change the size or color of my item?
Yes but you must act quickly. Please email us at: sales@unclesamsdeals.com with the subject line "CHANGE ORDER REQUEST" before 9:30am EST explaining the change you'd like us to make within. We will do our best to process your request without delay. If the email does not follow this format it is very likely that your order will experience a delay. If it helps, you may copy and paste the subject line.

Cancel order How can I Cancel my order?
We really wish you wouldn't but if you insist we can of course halt your order. If you follow the rules above and submit an email with the subject line "CHANGE ORDER REQUEST" before 9:30am EST asking us to cancel your order you will not incur a cancellation fee. If your order is already processing when you cancel we will have to deduct 15% from your refund.

Can I send you a PayPal payment without using your checkout?
No, it will delay your order. The Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters checkout only takes a few minutes and allows you to:
  • Confirm your shipping information
  • Choose a shipping method
  • Calculate your shipping total
  • Save money by combining multiple items into a single order
  • Make sure your payment gets applied to your order!
For your convenience, our checkout integrates with PayPal so you can send us a payment at the completion of your checkout. Please note that orders will be delayed and/or cancelled for customers who do not complete our online checkout. Thank you for your cooperation.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping rates are posted with each item item and vary depending on weight. Keep an eye on your Zone. Item pages will list the shipping rates to various parts of the world.

Do you offer fast shipping?

Yes! Most orders are shipped within 2 days of payment, which means that US customers usually receive their orders within 3 to 6 days of payment. If you need your order sooner, we do offer UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver for an additional cost. Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters prefers UPS Ground for fast, reliable delivery that includes tracking and insurance.


Has my order been shipped?
Once you have completed checkout, you may return to the checkout page for real-time information on the status of your order. We will also send you an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

What countries do you ship to?
Almost anywhere! Please see below for details. Shipping rates are posted with each item listing. At the moment we do not ship directly to the Middle East, Central Africa or Antarctica as packages rarely reach their destinations.

Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Air or the US Postal Service . Unfortunately we do not offer pickup from our warehouse.

We DO ship to Domestic PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska & Hawaii and U.S. Territories via the US Postal Service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority Mail, all other addresses ship via USPS Parcel Post. If you are requesting a shipment to any of the previously mentioned addresses and fail to select USPS we are not responsible for the cost to reship or redirect your package.



Canadian and International orders are shipped via USPS International Global Priority, International Air Parcel Post, or Express Mail International (with tracking). All duties, taxes and fees are due by the buyer (COD) upon delivery. Buyer is responsible for observing all customs rules and regulations, and Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters is not responsible for packages held by customs. The only trackable service is Express Mail International. If you choose another service you must purchase insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. Please allow up to 45 Days for non express orders to arrive.

How do I complete my purchase?
UncleSamsDEALS.com uses a secure checkout with fraud protection in place to protect both the cardholder and our business from illegal activity. When your cart is full and you are ready to checkout read the guidelines provided before hitting checkout. Simply enter your address and proceed. Each page of checkout is straight forward. Please be sure that the Shipping and Billing addresses are correct or your order will not process correctly or at all.

Completion of our online checkout also allows you to track your packages and review your order history.

Orders will be delayed and/or cancelled for customers who do not complete our online checkout. Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I use a coupon with my order?
If you have joined our mailing list, you may have received a promotional coupon valid towards future purchases with UncleSamsDEALS.com. To redeem this coupon, you must enter it on the last page of checkout before completing your order. Do not forget to enter your coupon!! We will not process discounts after checkout has been completed.

A V S Failure What is an AVS or CVV Error?

AVS - An AVS error means that the Billing address provided did not exactly match what is on file with your Bank or Credit Company. Unfortunately, sometimes the smallest inconsistency may cause this error. Although it may seem as though you were still charged for the order, rest assured your funds will return to your account within 2 -3 business days. Your bank recognizes the attempt and extends the funds to us. After about 48 hours of us saying "No thanks," they get the message and give your money back to you. This is a precaution put in place to protect the card holder.

If you correct your address to the best of your ability and still receive the same error, please contact us at 877.370.7405 and one of our capable staff members will charge you over the phone.

CVV - A CVV error means that you have failed to enter the proper CVV digits of your Credit Card. For Mastercard and VISA these are the last 3 numbers located on the back of your card. For American Express, these are 4 small numbers on the front right side of your card located above your 15 digit card number. Please double check that this number is correct and try again.

Phone orders Do you take Phone Orders?
We are an online business and typically cannot take phone orders. The only way to get an order into our system is through our direct checkout. If you have given our checkout a genuine effort and have followed our advice with little or no success we will take your name and number and have someone contact you at our earliest convenience. Placing a phone order disqualifies you from using discounts or coupon codes as policy states you must enter it at checkout. Once the busy season is over Jan 1st, we would be glad to start a system of taking phone orders.

Can you mark my international shipment as a gift?
No. We wish we could BUT by law we are required to ship all our packages as commercial shipments. It is a federal offense to be dishonest on a customs form. Please do not ask us to declare a lower value or mark the shipment as a gift.

Who pays for duties and customs fees?
All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government.

Shipments to all countries outside the U.S. are subject to local duties, taxes and fees. Since each country is different, Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters is not able to assist in assessing those duties. All duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the package.

Uncle Sam knows you have a choice of where to shop and wants you to be satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our 30-day return policy.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love every item you buy from Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters and are happy to accept returns on any unused items for up to 30 days. We have been in the Army Navy business for over 35 years and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. To return a purchase, please contact us to request an RMA#. Please include your order number and reason for return and we will respond with an RMA# and return instructions.

return Penalties Are there any penalties for delayed returns?

If you return your package without requesting an RMA or if it's received after 60 days you will incur a 50% restock fee. Orders returned with RMA between a 30 - 60 day period will incur a 25% restock fee. Orders over $200.00 returned at any time will incur a 25% restock fee. A lot of time and effort must go into the processing and un-processing of a large order and we sometimes incur restocking fees as well. For your benefit please order a sample before breaking our hearts.

Who pays for return shipping?
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy allows you to return any unworn item for up to 30 days. We do not pay for return shipping so you may use any carrier you wish. We do suggest that you track and insure your package as we are not responsible for lost returned packages.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item because the item you received is different than our online description, we will refund all your shipping costs upon inspection of that item.
